Your order details.

When you submit an order, App Saviors receives the name and Discord username you provide, your game, server, service, payment preference, deadline and notes. Discord sign-in also supplies your Discord account ID so the private ticket can be assigned to the right person.

Who can see it

Your order brief is shared with the App Saviors order team in your ticket. Discord server administrators may also access private channels. Completed-order records, including amounts, costs, profit and the staff member handling the order, are stored in the business’s private order records and connected Google Sheet.

Payment and account information

No payment is taken by this website. The team confirms price and payment instructions in Discord. Do not put passwords, login codes, card numbers or other sensitive credentials in the website form.

Saved drafts

The browser keeps your brief for the current browsing session to help you resume an interrupted sign-in. Submitted requests awaiting sign-in are kept for up to 24 hours and cleaned up on subsequent order submissions. Sign-in links expire after ten minutes. An essential secure cookie connects the sign-in to the browser that submitted the request.

Questions or corrections

Ask the App Saviors team in your private ticket or the server’s support channel to correct or remove order information. The team may need to retain transaction records for its business obligations. Customer screenshots are published only after the owner reviews permission and removes sensitive details.
